Chris Thomas :: Associate Creative Director
As our über talented and super nice guy, Chris works hard to keep his designs on strategy as well as good lookin’. He’s instrumental in all client work from concept to delivery and has experience in a wide variety of B2B and B2C. Chris brings with him his experience and passion for helping clients move the needle in the real world. He also currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Art Directors Club of Denver (ADCD), an organization that provides both mentoring and networking opportunities.

Elliott Fey :: Brand Crusader
A corn fed Iowa boy, Elliott is a diligent, energetic, “jack of all trades” kind of guy. He credits his broad knowledge and skill set to the adage “necessity is the mother of invention” which has been his M.O. since very early on. Elliott has been working in entrepreneurial ventures full-time since he was 10 years old. His mother shares a story from his teachers who asked “is there a discipline that he doesn't make into fun?”

Elliott Fey comes to ripcord with more than 10 years of national branding experience and another 10+ of interactive experience within agency environments. With an education both in art and marketing, Elliott has developed brands in the apparel, consumer packaged goods, services, outdoor, high tech, luxury real estate, and manufacturing industries.

Sean Keating :: Designer
Born and bred in the Colorado foothills, Sean booked it to the West coast to study communications and returned with a fine arts degree, a passion for design and an affinity for wearing flip-flops 24/7. Never satisfied with “good enough”, Sean will happily (some might say obsessively) refine and polish projects right up to the last minute. With a keen eye for streamlining workflows and eliminating redundant work, he is a firm believer in working smarter AND harder.
